🍎 Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 fresh apples, peeled and diced
  • Powdered sugar for topping

👩‍🍳 Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease an 8-inch baking pan.
  3. Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
  4. In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.
  5. Add melted butter and vanilla.
  6. Slowly mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
  7. Fold in diced apples.
  8. Pour into baking pan.
  9. Bake 40–45 minutes.
  10. Cool for 15 minutes.
  11. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or coffee.
